The more traditional chef’s table, located just outside the kitchen, provides a full view of the entire kitchen line. Seating up to eight people, from here you’ll interact with the staff as they tend to your party even while attending the remainder of the restaurant. Executive chef Deric Meininger will serve you from their array of aquatic specialties including the hearty Aquaknox fish soup combining Maine lobster, John Dory, mussels, clams, prawns and Sardinian couscous in a heaping mound swimming in a tomato-saffron broth.”
